He began building custom homes in Huntsville in 1992 with the goal of building Huntsville's finest homes. Jim has been able to use his engineering skills to build homes the "Old Towne" way, while incorporating todayp's state-of-the-art amenities and technology.Jim is a proud member of the 2001 Southern Living Custom Home Program. |

Steve StricklinSteve Stricklin Custom Homes, Inc.The Stricklin family has been engaged in home construction for three generations. The late F. C. Stricklin started it all in Oneonta, Alabama, years ago. His son, J.T. Stricklin, built homes in Huntsville for years, and is now retired from building, but remains active as a developer. Now, it's Steve Stricklin who carries on the family tradition. Steve was the 1994 president of the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association (he has served as first Vice President, Treasurer, Chairman of the Parade of Homes Committee, served on the Finance Committee, Governmental Affairs Committee, Long-Range Planning Committee, and the Standards & Ethics Committee. He has served on the board of directors since 1988, and has been a national director. |
